The story of WareSafe Ltd begins in Trinidad & Tobago, where a passion for improving warehouse operations and safety first took root.
The Beginning
In 1994, our Founder and CEO, Greeba Rampaul-Essue, was first introduced to the material handling industry. Working with a local distributor in Trinidad & Tobago, she spent the next two years helping businesses implement effective warehousing solutions through globally recognised suppliers such as Dexion (UK) and Cookson (USA).
This early experience provided invaluable exposure to the operational challenges warehouses face and laid the foundation for a lifelong commitment to improving safety and efficiency in storage environments.
Building a Foundation
In 1996, after a short period with another local distributor that later closed its doors, an opportunity emerged that would shape the future.
Greeba was awarded the distributorship for Link51 (UK), leading to the formation of Industrial Engineering Solutions Ltd. This marked the true beginning of a long journey dedicated to supporting businesses with professional storage solutions and industry expertise.
Expanding Expertise
As the industry evolved, so did the company’s capabilities.
In 2010, Industrial Engineering Solutions Ltd entered into agreements with SESS UK Ltd, resulting in the formation of SESS USA LLC and SESS Caribbean Ltd. These partnerships allowed the organisation to provide professional racking inspection and safety training services as licensed partners of SESS UK Ltd in both regions.
This period significantly expanded the company’s focus on warehouse safety standards, inspection protocols, and specialist training.
The Next Chapter: WareSafe Ltd
When the licensing agreements concluded in 2019, a new chapter began with the incorporation of WareSafe Ltd.
The creation of WareSafe represented a natural evolution – bringing together decades of experience, global partnerships, and specialist knowledge into a company fully dedicated to improving warehouse safety through education, guidance, and collaboration.
